From our experience, LG 48hr Return Liquidation Appliances, contain a both Scratch & Dent and Customer Return appliances. 48hr returns could include in-store / online cancellations or returned appliances. LG appliances could be liquidated for physical / operational defects, cosmetic damage, or the customer simply wanted a different type / style of appliance. The appliance return policies for retailers and manufacturers have shifted over the years resulting in a large portion of these appliances being functional with no issues. This program is commonly referred to as an LG B-Grade Scratch & Dent Truckload program.

The truth is, this program contains mostly customer returned appliances which is not a bad thing. This program’s appliances will have less scratches and dents and a lower purchase price. You will need the capacity to test and perform repairs when needed. Typically, the serial number badge of the appliances have been removed or altered and these appliances are sold AS-IS with no manufacturer warranty.
